OwedRx was built on two decades of specialty pharmacy and PBM operations experience: the people who built it have written, reconciled and disputed the contracts it audits. That experience is encoded in the engine as rules with clause citations, built to be tested against public audits, and signed off by a licensed pharmacist on every engagement. Independence

OwedRx is paid only by the plans it audits. No PBM, pharmacy, manufacturer or broker pays us anything, and every engagement letter says so in writing, with our fee, as the disclosure rules require.

Security and standards

Business associate agreement before any data moves. Each plan's data under its own encryption key, in US cloud infrastructure, with no standing human access. Professional liability and cyber coverage in place before the first paid engagement. We state the certifications we hold and when we hold them, not before.
