The audit

The formal audit under your contract's audit clause: every claim re-priced, findings reproduced and argued before you see them, the demand letter, the response, the true-up. Terms are set per engagement after the free review, based on what your contract allows.

After the audit

Continuous monitoring (monthly checks of new claims against the contract you just audited, a quarterly file, next year's audit) and renewal offers or RFP bids priced against your own claims, offered after the audit on the same basis.

What is never charged

Nothing by any PBM, pharmacy or manufacturer. No fee for the free review under any circumstance.
